Spotlight: Kristin Crawford

Kristin Crawford and her family have been in our ward since September. She has a brother and a sister and grew up in the Sugarhouse area (she went to Olympus High School). She has been married for almost 2 years to her husband, Peter. They met online through a dating website and dated for about 11 months before they were married in the Salt Lake temple. In January they had their first baby, Ryan. Kristin says that "being a mom is hard work, but it is very rewarding as well. I never thought that it would be easy, so I guess it's what I expected it would be like." Kristin works as a medical assistant at the Salt Lake Clinic. Her hobbies include playing sports, watching sports (the Green Bay Packers), boating, cooking, and a bit of gardening. She loves going to California to visit the beach and Disneyland. Her dream vacation, though, would be a trip to England, Scotland and Ireland. Her favorite kind of music is country, and if she could meet anyone it would be Lady Antebellum, her favorite country band. Her favorite meal is dinner, specifically, chicken enchiladas. She says that the best part of every day is getting to spend time with her family. Her favorite motto is, the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have others do to you." We're so glad to have you in our ward, Kristin!
