Next Sunday (22nd) we are having a ward fast for Alex Wells. He just finished radiation for his cancer and our faith and prayers are needed to support their family through this hard time.
We are having the ward progressive dinner on Saturday April 28th. This is where we have dinner at someone's house (we will be assigned so sign up before hand) and then we meet at the church after dinner for dessert and a game. Call Debbie if you would like to participate or host. 208-221-1734
We changed our Relief Society activity back to the third Tuesday of every month. (it was like that in 2011) So mark your calendars and leave that weekday open.
Stake Garden classes update from Sister Garber: "The evening news still reported cold temperatures and expected rain on Saturday. I was hoping all week that the weather would turn out better.I will still be teaching how to plant the garden this Saturday at 10:00 at the 3/4/7 building in the multi-purpose room for an hour. I'm hoping each ward's garden committee will come to the class,but we won't be planting until the following Sat. April 21st after Pres. Higgs teaches his 10:00 class on watering and drip irrigation. So the planting will take place hopefully at about 11:00 on that date."
